We are in network with United Healthcare, Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source and Providence as well as motor vehicle accidents and workers comp. However, we can supply you with a superbill if you have an insurance plan that we aren’t in network with. Unfortunately we are not in network with any Medicare or OHP plans at the moment.
If we will be billing your insurance please email a copy of the front and back of your insurance card to info@themendpdx.com so we can verify your benefits before your appt.

If you have been a patient at The Mend you can schedule with either practitioner as an existing patient. You do not need to book as a new patient to see a new practitioner. If you have previously been a patient of any of the providers when they were working at a different clinic, you may book as an existing patient.

Waitlist: If you don’t see an appointment time that works for you in the schedule below, please add yourself to the waitlist for any time windows that work for you and select if you'd prefer a text or email notification.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in your practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged for their session in full of $100 as we are unable to bill insurance for missed appointments.
